Intelligent KNX programming

Many people think of KNX programming as being able to program lights and blinds to work from push buttons and being able to adjust one’s heating and air conditioning. No it’s not that. It is the implementation of the automation study in a way understandable to the users. The success of a control system is the greater the fewer commands the user has to give by pressing keys to perform basic building functions. It primarily requires that the developer know what he is doing because in fact it determines the ease with which users will interact with the building and the correct implementation of the functions with the aim of better utilization of the installed equipment and the smooth operation of the mechanical equipment. Incorrect planning can seemingly lead to a functional building, but it will fail or consume unreasonably high energy. At GDS, we believe in simple functions that do complex things without the user having to deal with the details of their operation.
